Although we believe creating art and sharing the magic of glass blowing is essential and there is scientific discussion that the virus does not survive in hot environments, unfortunately glass blowing studios did not make the list of essential businesses.   We will follow Governor Newsom’s order and postpone all classes and open the gallery by appointment only.

We find ourselves experiencing déjà vu; due to a fire in a neighboring business on April 1 2017 we had to reach out students and tell them we could not hold class and had no idea when we might.  The thing about today is, this feels like 911, the recession and the fire all rolled in to one.

We are working in the studio and blowing glass, if you would like to place an order please reach out by phone, email or online.   We are able to ship and/or make arrangements for pick up.

These are temporary measures, the situation is fluid we will keep you informed and add classes when appropriate.

Thank you for your past and continued support and understanding. As we navigate through the process of trying to keep our customers safe, our business viable and our lives together, we are amazed at the positive attitudes we encounter every day from everyone; our suppliers, our employee, our students, our patrons and our friends.

It is our hope that this worldwide crisis precipitates a permanently changed level of human kindness, understanding and peace for all of mankind that will help to heal our world.   We look forward to seeing very soon.
